		<description>Thank you for posting this poem from our beloved, departed Uncle.  I miss him much.  I also find that I miss his mom, our grandmother.  I see her face in many others that pass by me.  

I look forward to trying out your Lefse recipe with gluten-free flours - wonder how that will work since I understand that making lefse is tricky.  I&#039;m glad you took the time to learn it from her.  I never did.  But, it does also make me think - I should bring my krumkake baker with me when I go to Moses Lake for Christmas.  Mmm, with gluten-free flour again, this will be interesting.</description>
