Luke Malek’s Pride Will Be Idaho’s Downfall

ATTENTION IDAHO: If you do not contact your state representative immediately – OBAMACARE WILL BE LAW IN IDAHO – we will have a bill on the governor’s desk within a few weeks establishing a state health exchange. When this happens, expect a new bureaucracy to be formed, health care costs to go up, health care availability to go down, privacy and freedom to be curtailed and increased exposure to the IRS. Tell your representative NO STATE HEALTH EXCHANGES.

Don’t let them convince you “we have to do something.” More than half the States have rejected ObamaCare – we can too!!! We should have been the first to do so.

Don’t let them convince you the health exchange and all its bureaucracy will be repealed if it does not work for us. Show me one example of bureaucracy rescinded – it does not happen.

Establishing a state health exchange does not protect individual liberty and states’ rights. If it does, why does the bill continually defer to complying with federal regulations. If it does, why do the sideboards have no teeth (non-voting legislative members and mere notice of regulatory changes)?

At the Town Hall meeting Saturday (23 Feb), Luke Malek, the ringleader of the freshmen health exchange bill, claimed he is standing for principle in pushing for the state health exchange legislation – so he cannot back down (and we must honor his principled stand). He implied the principles to be individual liberty and states’ rights. However, his Facebook page says he recently got a new job working for a company that consults for health care industries, including grant writing. Now we know that the principle he is standing for is his job and money.

Luke Malek was giddy the state health exchange was the brain-child of 16 freshmen (amateur) representatives. He believes inexperience equals wisdom. His pride will cost the taxpayers of the State of Idaho billions of dollars and loss of freedom. He claimed if we set up the state health exchange now, we won’t have to use our own money. As if federal money is free (and doesn’t come from Idaho taxpayers) and as if the feds have any money at all with their 16 trillion dollar deficit AND as if both the previous claims were true, we should be thrilled we can set up our bureaucracy on the backs of people living in other states. He says he is a native Idahoan but he thinks like a Californian.

When presented with the fact that 26 States so far have rejected ObamaCare, Luke Malek responded that we are independent and don’t need to follow the other twenty-six. I agree – we should be leading the twenty-six but it is too late for that and our concern for freedom, we don’t need to be proud – we need to act. But proud defines Luke Malek and gives him one more argument for establishing ObamaCare – independence (as in action) trumps liberty (as in rights). When twenty-six States set out for liberty, we don’t need to follow but we will follow the Pied Piper to ObamaCare and slavery.

ED MORSE was at the Town Hall, also. He is pushing for the state health exchange with Luke Malek. AND he described three bills he is working on – all three seem to benefit LCDC whom he has worked for on a regular basis. The LCDC siphons money from the taxpayers for the financial enrichment of major landholders and investors – people who could easily walk into a bank and get a personal note (some of these people own the bank). He is one of the 16 enlightened (smarter than the rest of us) freshmen in Boise.

CORRUPTION – CORRUPTION – CORRUPTION. Pride goes before a fall and Luke Malek’s pride will be our downfall. He claims he is standing for principle but he stands to gain financially from a bill that will enslave his neighbors. Ed Morse stands to gain financially with his bills by supporting other corrupt bills such as the health exchange bill. What did we do? Elect people to write law that will enrich themselves while enslaving the voter?

Who will stand up for liberty and help defeat this onerous state health exchange? We sent 24 freshmen to Boise and 16 have turned against individual liberty and struck an alliance with Big Government and the bankrupt feds. CONTACT YOUR REPRESENTATIVE TODAY else we watch our freedoms disappear from one of the last bastions of freedom in these United States.

God save our nation.

Luke Malek also received money from Blue Cross for his campaign, it’s on his sunshine report. Blue Cross stands to gain big time if the exchange goes through, is there a connection here. Follow the money trail.

It still amazes me that people like Mr. Malice and the local highway districts think this is free money!!! The government does NOTHING to generate capital and now taxes don’t cover the bills….makes sense huh…….let’s just have our bancrupt big daddy pay the bills! Idiots all!
