Non-partisan WCEJC is Now Officially Liberal

According to the 14 August issue of The Olympian, Judge William Baker’s “non-partisan” group ruled in favor of Robin Hunt’s complaint against Tim Ford and ruled against BIAW’s complaint against Robin Hunt. The Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) mailed out a pamphlet citing cases and rulings, pointing out errors and prejudice on the part of liberal candidate, Robin Hunt. Tim Ford, when asked by Judge Baker’s “non-partisan” group, to disavow the ads, refused. He said the ads were accurate.
On the other hand, Robin Hunt sent out a mailing stating that Tim Ford is “inexperienced, ambitious and a danger to the interests of injured people.” No cases, no issues, just ad hominem character assassinations. After Robin Hunt filed a claim with the Washington Committee for Ethical Judicial Campaigns, Judge Baker’s “non-partisan” group, for the “attack” in BIAW’s flyer, BIAW filed a claim with the group against Ms. Hunt for her character slams against Tim Ford.
